Highlights from the previous episode Prior to Naruto Shippuden 146
In the previous episode, Naruto together with Sai and Yamato have escorted Hotaru to their Hidden Village. At first, Hotaru refused to have bodyguards escorting her on her way but when she saw slugs falling from the sky, (ofcourse those were not real slugs. Those were just drawings of Sai) she begged Naruto to stay with her until she clears the forest. Meanwhile, A brief flash back was show about how Utakata ended up with Tonbei and Hotaru. Utakata also fought with the band of thieves that attacked the fortress and was caught in their barrier jutsu. I’m not sure what will happen on Utaka for he was caught in the massive explosion produced by the barrier. Meanwhile, Naruto together with Hotaru, Sai and Yamato have finally reached the hidden village. Now don’t be mistaken that it is the hidden leaf village okay! It was actually the hidden village of Hotaru where her uncle was incharge. Upon their arrival, Naruto senses that there was something strange about the villagers and so he went back to check if Hotaru was really okay.
